Want to know why Google or Yahoo! classifies pages in such a way and not another? If so, SEO for Firefox is for you. Explanations.

Used by more than 50 000 webmasters, this extension Firefox lets you view, different marketing scores obtained for each result in Google or Yahoo!. The main objective is to assess the level of competition on any particular market, for example, that of computers.
So when you make a search in these engines in question, SEO for Firefox will draw the following information essential to optimize its listing, to draw comparisons between you and your competitors:
- PR: Google PageRank;
- Age: age result according to Archive.org indicating when for the first time a page was indexed by the robot that site. In theory, if Archive.org is a page in its index, must be the case with most search engines;
- Links (Yahoo! Linkdomain): estimated total number of links pointing to this area;
- . edu Link (Yahoo!. edu linkdomain): idem but for educational linkages;
- . edu Page Link (Yahoo!. edu link): idem but links pointing to a specific page;
- . gov Link (Yahoo!. gov linkdomain): idem but for government links;
- Links Page (Yahoo! Link): idem but for links pointing to a specific page;
- del.icio.us: number of times a URL was bookmarquée in Del.icio.us;
- Technorati: estimation of the total number of links a site from blogs;
- Alexa: rank based on traffic of the site. Indicator widely used by webmasters and marketing;
- Cached (Google site): shows how many pages of a site are indexed by Google;
- dmoz: research the total number of pages on a site listed in dmoz - Google directory, and the total number of pages listed in dmoz that references this URL;
- Bloglines: indicates how many people have subscribed to a blog via Bloglines;
- dir.yahoo.com: whether the site is referenced in the Yahoo! ;
- WhoIs: direct access to find information on the site in question;
This extension includes, in addition, the following tools in addition to below Google search:
- Google Trends: unveils historical research and its general trend;
- SEO Book Keyword Research Tool: cross references of most search engines based on a keyword and its derivatives;
- Google Traffic Estimator: Traffic Estimator according to the keyword searched through Google AdWords;
- Google Keyword Sandbox generator keywords AdWords;
- CSV: You can export data format. Csv (readable in Excel, for example);
Normally, other tools should make their appearance in Yahoo! but I could not see. Too bad!
Regarding the options SEO for Firefox, several things to note:
- First, you can choose between 3 display modes of information:
- On-Demand: you click the question mark;
- Automatic: displays data while loading the page;
- Hidden: cache information;
- Second, it is possible to set a deadline before display;
- Finally, a very interesting option allows you to highlight the links nofollow (no more need therefore to make a change in the source files browser);
Note that if you can enable / disable this extension via the icon SEO located in the lower right corner of Firefox. Indeed, the use thereof requires higher performance than usual.

All tools and useful index référenceurs at the same place at the same time, I only have one thing to say: magnificent!

I had already heard about this extension but I've never downloaded because I really did not know what it was and because I'm used to my good old method, but I think there be convinced to go test.
I am going to not download it. Thank you for this article Maigret.

So I tested the extension, it is very useful to have a "one-click" any information that you want. And I also seek a long extension firefox providing links to nofollow, here is done now.
I do not know if it's a bug or not, but anyway I was surprised to see that my comment just above was a red (see the extension that detects nofollow).
Yet on the other there is no article that "nofollow", and you'd write an article specifically for this (Article: I follow - You follow - We follow).
Unless the link is a nofollow until you approved in the WordPress.

I am pleased that this extension you like. I think it will be very useful
By cons for the nofollow you m'inquiètes there yet because the plugin is configured properly. Normally, the nofollow applies to comments unapproved but since you have already been approved… finally whatever I investigates!
